    Transportation

    We ship our goods with GLS. Higher volumes or quantities will be send on pallets by a forwarding company.

     

    Delivery time

    We will process your order immediately after receipt. Normally orders will be dispatched on the same day (PayPal, cash on delivery, invoice), when they are received before 12 o`clock and on stock. Delivery time varies from country to country, domestic orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. For more information please contact us directly.

    Returns

    Second delivery of self inflicted returns will be charged with
    6,50 € (in Slovakia)
    or 12,00 € (abroad) handling fee plus second freight.
    (This applies only for incorrect customer statements or unclaimed parcel).

     

    Important information

    Despite all precautions, damage can occur on delivery. Of course in this case we refund the damaged article for free.

     

    Please note the following procedure:
    Damages in transit have to be immediately claimed to the supplier when receiving the goods. Afterwards service@molotow.com should be informed about the damage in transit. In case you want to return goods, please contact us by mail, phone or fax. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.
